We will no longer provide any support or answer any queries sent to the Customer Support.
For any issues and/or questions, we would recommend checking Jusant - General Information page or the information below.
- Crashes or launch issues
We would advise player to make sure their PC specs follow the recommendations to properly launch the game.
We would also advise to make sure that all drivers are up to date.
If issues persist, we would recommend trying to desinstall the game, remove all possible saves from the computer, before reinstalling the game.
- Achievement issues
We would advise players to make sure they fulffill all the requirements to unlock the achievements.
If issues persist, we would recommend to either start a new save and/or delete the previously corrupted saves.
- Portable devices issues
The game was fully tested to run on PC and is compatible Steamdeck. However, we do not guarantee that the game can run smoothly on any other portable devices.
On Steamdeck we recommend to launch the game via Desktop Mode and not Big Picture Mode.
- Controller issues
We would recommend players to use a controller to play the game.
The game has been tested to support PS4 Dualshock, PS5 Dualsense and Xbox regular controller (with and without wire). Any other controller has not be thoroughly tested to work with the game.
